Energsoft provides RESTful APIs that allow you to connect your account with other applications or platforms.
If you choose to grant such access, those third-party applications will handle your information according to their own privacy policies and terms, not Energsoft’s. Please review them carefully before connecting any third-party service.

If you belong to an Energsoft Team account, your organization’s administrator may have the authority to access or control team-related data, including your account activity.
If you are not part of a team but collaborate with one (for instance, by accessing shared folders or files), certain identifying information — such as your name, email, profile image, and IP address at the time of interaction — may be visible to members of that team for security and traceability.

Energsoft’s goal is to enable collaboration without compromising privacy — ensuring that all data sharing happens intentionally, securely, and transparently.

We retain your information for as long as it is necessary to provide and improve our Services. When you delete your Energsoft account, we delete your personal information as well.
However, please note:

1. There may be temporary latency while information is removed from active servers and backup systems.
    
2. Energsoft may retain certain data as required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce contractual obligations.
    

You can review or export your personal information at any time by logging into your Energsoft account.

All battery system data is fully encrypted, both during transmission (via SSL) and at rest (via TDE). This ensures that your research data, IP, and operational insights remain secure — from laboratory to production scale.

🌍 Global Operations and Data Transfers

To deliver a seamless and reliable experience to our users worldwide, Energsoft operates across multiple regions with a secure and compliant data infrastructure.

Energsoft may store, process, and transmit information in the United States and other global locations — including countries outside your place of residence.
In some cases, information may also be stored locally on your device to improve performance and offline functionality.

All data transfers are performed under strict privacy, encryption, and security controls to ensure consistent protection, regardless of geographic location.

Energsoft complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks, as defined by the U.S. Department of Commerce, governing the collection, use, and retention of personal data transferred to the United States.

If Energsoft undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
